We offer exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If you initiate an exchange on the 16th day or later from the date of your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Exchanges
Your item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received in, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged; sale items cannot be exchanged.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refinedentertainment03@gmail.com, and send your item to:

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The email will include a response pertaining to the approval or rejection of your exchange with pictures of the condition of the returned item(s).
Sales are final. Purchases and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item unless you ship with a tracking number and insure the package.
